Fleet Management · SaaS or On-Premise
A fleet management system for anyone with a vehicle to look after — from one car to a whole group.
From a personal vehicle, to an operational company fleet, to a fleet that earns — fuel, servicing, documents, financing, depreciation, and an optional rental module, all in the same system. Built for Indonesia, in Rupiah and Bahasa Indonesia.

Which one are you?
Three doors into the same product. Take the one closest to your situation — the page behind it answers that problem rather than listing every feature.
Personal
For individuals and families. One to a handful of vehicles, with documents, servicing and instalments that must not slip.
See the Personal pageOrganization
For companies running an operational fleet. Company vehicles spread across branches, with costs that have to show up in the figures.
See the Organization pageBusiness
For businesses that live off their fleet. The vehicles are not an expense line — they are what earns.

From the first number plate to the day it leaves the fleet.
One vehicle, one history. Every cost, document and status change attaches to the same record — right through to the gain or loss when the unit is disposed of.
Acquisition
A vehicle arrives through a four-step registration wizard, with its documents and its financing.
- Unit details, category and the entity that owns it
- STNK, BPKB, Faktur and any other document
- The KKB or leasing contract and its instalment schedule
- Depreciation method and useful life
Operation
Day to day: odometer, fuel, servicing, incidents and document renewals.
- Odometer, fuel fill-ups and EV charging sessions
- km/L and km/kWh efficiency, cost per km
- Preventive service schedules by distance or by time
- Incidents, insurance claims and renewal history
Disposal
Sale, scrap, transfer out or donation — with the gain or loss measured against the stored book value.
- Four kinds of disposal, each of them final
- Gain or loss against the last book-value snapshot
- The vehicle's history stays intact after it leaves

Six things this system tracks, down to the figures.
Not modules that stand apart. They all attach to the same vehicle and land in the same reports, so costs never have to be added up again outside the system.
Vehicles & Compliance
Registration, status, documents and insurance in one vehicle record.
- 4-step registration wizard, 8 statuses with validated transitions
- STNK, BPKB, Buku KIR, Faktur, SKPD, Izin Trayek and custom types
- TLO, All Risk or Third Party policies with a claims register
Operations & Energy
Odometer, fuel and charging — including for a mixed fleet.
- km/L efficiency for fuel, km/kWh for electric vehicles
- Cost per km computed from the records as they arrive
- AC, DC and ultra-fast charging sessions at SPKLU
Servicing & Incidents
Preventive schedules, work orders, and incidents with their evidence.
- Schedules by distance, by time, or whichever comes first
- Work orders itemised by parts and labour
- Incidents: photo evidence, police report, estimate vs actual cost
Vehicle Finance
Financing, depreciation and disposal — in Rupiah, never rounded.
- Flat and effective amortisation, instalments marked paid line by line
- 4 depreciation methods, including units of production per km
- Disposal gain or loss against the stored book value
Reports
Seven reports reading the same data, TCO among them.
- Monthly Cost Summary, Fuel & Energy, Maintenance Cost
- Asset Value, Loan/Lease Summary, Incident Cost
- Total Cost of Ownership per vehicle and per fleet
Notifications
Reminders that actually go out, plus connectors for your own gateway.
- Reminders for STNK, KIR, vehicle tax, insurance policies and service schedules
- In-app inbox and email, with per-user quiet hours
- Ready to integrate with your own WhatsApp gateway over a webhook connector
Green, amber and red pills with a day count — that is what document compliance looks like when it is under control.

What IT usually asks about first.
Not a list of certifications. These are things the person who signs off your security review can check for themselves.
Full tenant isolation
Every Main Account is a tenant of its own. Data never crosses a tenant boundary, and the separation lives in the queries rather than in the presentation layer.
Scope enforced in the database
Every list and single-record query carries the same scope predicate. A record beyond your reach is never fetched, and the request answers 404 — not 403, because a 403 would confirm the record exists.
Sessions and tokens
Short-lived JWTs with rotating refresh tokens, held in HttpOnly cookies so JavaScript cannot read them. Permissions are re-read from the database on every request, so a revoked role takes effect immediately.
Per-user rate limiting
Counted per signed-in user rather than per IP address, so one office behind a single NAT does not spend its colleagues' budget.
TLS and OWASP practice
All traffic over TLS. Development follows the OWASP Top 10, and uploads are checked by sniffing the file's own bytes rather than trusting the header the client sent.
Aligned with UU PDP
On SaaS, the data sits in Indonesia. On-premise, it never leaves your server at all — there is no phone-home.
Our cloud, or your server. The same code.
One codebase, two ways to install it. No cloud-provider SDK in the core logic — every external integration sits behind an interface chosen by configuration.
SaaS
We run it. You sign in.
- Daily backups with 30-day retention
- 99.5% uptime target
- Data resident in Indonesia, aligned with UU PDP
- Optional customer subdomain
On-Premise
Docker on your own server, single tenant, fully offline-capable.
- Single tenant, with no phone-home
- One Docker image carrying two static binaries — the server and the migration runner; nothing else to install on the server
- Annual or perpetual licence
- A standard MySQL database, with uploads kept as ordinary files — backed up with your own tooling, and the steps are in the deployment guide
- Sizing guide: 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM / 100 GB SSD for ≤500 vehicles
Integration by configuration, not vendor lock-in
Storage, email, OCR and the messaging connectors are all chosen by configuration. Swapping one is an environment-variable change, not a code change.
- S3-compatible storage (S3, MinIO or local disk)
- Any SMTP server
- A configurable OCR endpoint
- Webhook connectors to your own WhatsApp, SMS, Slack or Teams gateway
Four packages, one product.
The package decides which modules are visible. The tier decides how many vehicles, entities and users fit. They are independent dials, so any package can sit on any tier.
Personal
Track and monitor your own vehicles.
Organization
Run your company fleet as a cost centre.
Business
Run your fleet as a business.
Enterprise
One system for the whole group.

The six questions that always come up.
Straight answers, including about the things we have not built.
Where is our data stored?
On SaaS, in Indonesia, aligned with UU PDP, with daily backups kept for 30 days. On-premise, on your own server — and nothing running there ever calls home to us.
Can we install it on our own server?
Yes, via Docker, single tenant, and it can run fully offline. The licence is annual or perpetual. It is the same code we run in the cloud: one image carrying the server and the migration runner, with nothing else to install. The database is a standard MySQL instance and uploads are ordinary files, so you back them up with your own tooling — the steps are in the deployment guide. For ≤500 vehicles, budget roughly 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM / 100 GB SSD.
We are on Excel today — how do we move across?
Vehicles are registered through a four-step wizard, and the old history does not have to come with them: once a unit is registered, the system starts recording from that day. For a bulk migration of historical data, talk to us first — we will tell you which parts are worth moving and which are not.
Can reminders go out over WhatsApp?
Not yet. Reminders today are delivered to the in-app inbox and by email. For WhatsApp there is a webhook connector to your own gateway, so the system is ready to be integrated with one — but sending reminders over WhatsApp is not running, and we would rather not sell it as though it were.
How much does it cost?
The quotas for each plan are in the table above. We have not settled the numbers, so we do not print them — get in touch over WhatsApp or email and we will tell you where it stands, and what your fleet actually needs.
Is the rental module compulsory?
No. The Rental module is a licensed add-on, enabled per account. Leave it off and the whole rental menu simply is not there — there is nothing to ignore.
