For individuals & families
Your vehicle, with a history of its own.
STNK, annual tax, servicing, instalments and insurance policies stop living in a drawer and a chat thread. Everything attaches to the car itself, and the due dates are flagged before they pass.
What slips past you, not what you forget.
Nobody misses their vehicle tax on purpose. What happens is that the date lives in one person's head and the receipts live in three places.
Documents & tax
STNK and the annual tax quietly lapse — a fine, and an extra errand at Samsat.
Every document carries its own due date, flagged green, amber or red by the days left, with a reminder in the inbox and by email before the date arrives.
Servicing
A service or an oil change is missed, and the workshop's own record is lost or somewhere on paper.
Preventive schedules by distance or by time — whichever comes first — with work orders itemised by parts and labour, stored on the vehicle they belong to.
Instalments, policies & receipts
Instalments, insurance policies and fuel receipts scattered across chat threads, a desk drawer, and memory.
The instalment schedule builds itself from the KKB or leasing contract, policies and claims live on the vehicle's own record, and a receipt only has to be photographed to fill the form.
Five things that stop being your job.
Not a feature list. This is what someone with one to five vehicles actually does, and which part of it the system takes over.
Reminders that escalate
STNK, SKPD and vehicle tax, Buku KIR, insurance policies, plus any document type of your own. The days left are flagged green, amber or red, and the reminder reaches the in-app inbox and your email: once when the renewal window opens, once on the day itself, then weekly until the document is renewed.

Record fuel and odometer from a phone
Photograph the SPBU receipt from where you are standing and the form fills itself in. Any figure the model is less than 85% sure of is flagged amber for you to check rather than saved quietly — and if the reading fails, the form simply stays open for manual entry.
A service history per vehicle
Preventive schedules by distance or by time, work orders itemised by parts and labour, and a shared workshop directory. The vehicle's status moves itself to Under maintenance while it is in the workshop and back again when the work order closes.
Instalments and insurance in one place
The KKB or leasing instalment schedule is generated from the contract itself — flat or effective interest — instalments are marked paid line by line, and lateness is detected without anything having to sweep the list. TLO, All Risk or Third Party policies and their claims sit on the same vehicle.
Photos, notes and documents attach to the car
Not a folder on a phone that disappears with the phone. Eight vehicle statuses with validated transitions keep the history coherent, from Registered through to Sold or Scrapped.

What changes once it is all on the record.
Four things you can check for yourself after a month of using it — and one thing we deliberately do not promise.
You do not have to hold the due dates in your head
The reminder escalates: once when the renewal window opens, once on the day itself, then weekly until the document is renewed, to the in-app inbox and to email. What we promise is that the reminder arrives — not what happens afterwards at Samsat.
Cost per km and efficiency, computed from your own records
Every fill-up and every odometer reading lands in one figure: km/L, or km/kWh for an electric car, alongside the cost per kilometre. Nothing has to be added up again outside the system.
A complete history to show a buyer
Servicing, documents and photos stay intact per vehicle, and stay there after the unit leaves. That is the difference between a car with a history and a car with a story.
What gets done beside the car can be done from a phone
A separate mobile web app, opened in a phone browser: record the odometer and a fuel fill-up with a receipt scan, report an incident with its photos, change a vehicle's status, confirm a service is finished, and look at documents, fuel history, service schedules and photos. Registering a vehicle, handling document renewals, insurance and financing stay in the web app on a full screen.

What gets done standing beside a vehicle should not require a laptop. The receipt scan and the mobile web app cover that half of the job.
- 01
Photograph the receipt
Take a photo of the SPBU receipt or the workshop invoice on a phone. The image is compressed on the device before it is sent.
- 02
It joins a queue
The receipt is read in the background rather than while the button is held down, so a poor connection does not turn into a failed upload.
- 03
The form is filled
Date, quantity and total land in the form. All that is left is to check them and save.
A mobile web app for the work done in the field
A separate mobile web app, opened in a phone browser — not a shrunken copy of the web app. Built for one hand with 44px touch targets, and deliberately narrow: only what actually gets done standing beside a vehicle.
